Two recently arrived lambs found at Offenbach's farm
New Arrivals at Offenbach's Children and Youth Farm
The Children and Youth Farm at Buchhügel in Offenbach has expanded its animal family with the addition of two new lambs, Polly and Frau Wolle. These mountain sheep crosses were kindly donated by Antje Dins, a local resident, who believes in the farm's mission of teaching children to handle animals respectfully and appreciate them.
The farm, known for its commitment to animal welfare, has ensured that Polly and Frau Wolle are well-cared-for, despite their larger size compared to the previous dwarf sheep. The experienced sheep mothers on the farm have taken good care of them, and they have already had their first encounters with visitors at the expanded sheep enclosure.
The newcomers have been warmly welcomed by the other animals in the herd, and the farm has seen an increase in visitors due to the addition of these charming additions.

The farm will be accessible without registration from 13:00 to 18:00 (1 PM to 6 PM) each day during the vacation week, starting August 5th.
