Tissot unveils captivating new line of SRV women's watches, showcasing a distinct Art Deco style
New Tissot SRV Collection: A Modern Homage to the Art Deco Movement
Tissot, the Swiss watchmaker, has launched a new women's watch collection called SRV. The collection, inspired by the transformative art deco movement, celebrates 100 years of Art Déco and pays tribute to Tissot designs from the 1920s and a 1975 model.
The SRV collection features six distinct models, each with a slim, rectangular case measuring 30 mm long and 21.8 mm wide. The watches in the SRV collection are powered by a battery quartz movement with an end-of-life indicator, ensuring precision and reliability.
The rose gold model of the collection features a unique mother-of-pearl dial, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication. The green, red, and yellow gold models, on the other hand, have a matching strap and come with a black mother-of-pearl dial. The yellow gold PVD coating with diamonds model is priced at £400, while the green and red models are priced at £325.
Two models in the collection come on a stainless steel bracelet, providing a sleek and modern look, while the others are paired with a leather strap for a more classic feel. The watches in the SRV collection use sapphire crystal, known for its durability and scratch resistance.
The development of the SRV watch model was inspired by a historical turning point when women began stepping into the spotlight, embracing freedom, self-expression, and power on their own terms. This multifaceted identity of a modern, independent woman is reflected in the SRV collection.
The 1970s-style yellow gold model of the collection features a black mother-of-pearl dial and replaces the Roman numerals with diamonds at the 12, three, six, and nine positions. This model harks back to the iconic designs of the 1970s while still maintaining a modern appeal.
The SRV collection is available now, offering a stylish and versatile range of watches for women who appreciate the fusion of tradition and modernity. With prices ranging from £325 to £400, the SRV collection is an accessible yet luxurious addition to any wardrobe.
