This weekend, Leopold Street in the district of Schwabing will transform into a pedestrian-friendly cultural mile as part of the Leopold Course street festival.

Munich — Starting Saturday at 4 pm and extending until midnight, and resuming on Sunday from 11 am until 8 pm, Leopold and Ludwig Streets will be car-free and filled with music, art, and inspiration. Over 90 exhibitors and 200 artists will gather between the Siegestor and Munich Freedom (Herzogstraße), celebrating together while emphasizing sustainability.

Aptly themed "Celebrate together - shape sustainably," the festival invites visitors of all tastes, from "Beerfluencers" to history enthusiasts, to participate in various activities and enjoy the diversified program spread across ten stages along the avenue. Refreshments will be available, and admission is free!

Although specific details for the 2021 Leopold Course event in Schwabing are not yet accessible, past events in the area, including the Corso Leopold, tend to feature local sound systems, temporary street closures, and vibrant cultural attractions.
