Rich Technology and Stylish Aesthetics Converge in This Residence's Stunning Fireplace

Lance Anderson, the founder of Admit One Home Systems, has unveiled his latest project - a stunning 4,700-square-foot home that seamlessly blends technology and style, grounded in mountain-modern architecture. Located on the picturesque edge of Prior Lake, this home offers panoramic views of the water and brings the outdoors inside.

Anderson's vision for his home was to create an 'off the hook' gathering space, and he has certainly achieved this. The exterior of the home features a curated palette of wood, blackened steel, and stone, while the interior design brings the outdoors inside with an indoor waterfall.

One of the most notable features of the home is a stone accent wall, flanked by seven-foot speakers, that houses a 100-inch TV and a 100-inch gas fireplace. The television and fireplace are on the same plane, a feature made possible by partnering with Stellar. Stellar came up with a cantilevered design to match the fireplace depth to the TV.

The team that developed the industry-supporting technology and heat management solution allowing the television and speakers to function just a few centimeters from the tile stove consists of engineers and designers specialized in thermal management and electronic integration for close-proximity heat sources. The design requires a different sense of airflow and exhaust to ensure safety and aesthetics.

Anderson, a technology enthusiast, worked with Mikan Custom Homes, Murphy & Co. Design, and Stellar by Heat & Glo to realize his vision. The fireplace's back-lit, blackened steel surround features custom-cut openings, adding to the modern aesthetic of the home.

The photography of Lance Anderson's home was done by Herder Photography, showcasing the home's unique features and stunning views. The home's exterior and interior design are a testament to Anderson's vision for a tech-savvy gathering space that combines style and functionality.

With this project, Anderson continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in home design and technology, making his Prior Lake home a must-see for any tech and design enthusiast.
