41-year-old Calvin Harris, the renowned DJ and music producer, is stirring up some buzz in the peaceful county of Gloucestershire, as reports suggest he's building his own "Calvinville". The hitmaker has apparently splashed a fortune, around £15 million, on multiple properties in a secluded village nestled in the Cotswolds.
Ed Sheeran's Footsteps?
According to The Sun, Harris and his wife, Vick Hope (35), are soon to reside in a luxurious five-bedroom villa. But the celebrity couple doesn't seem to be stopping there. With two neighboring mansions reportedly under his belt, and eyes on a third, it seems Harris is intent on having a significant presence in the area.
A resident commented to the tabloid: "The renovations are finally done, and we reckon Calvin and Vick will move in by the end of summer, post-Ibiza season. The place looks stunning from the road - no expense was spared, I'm sure they'll love it as a family."
Harris isn't the first celebrity to essentially own a village - Ed Sheeran made headlines with his "Sheeranville" creation in Suffolk. A resident can't help but draw parallels: "Just like Ed, it feels like he's buying up properties around his extraordinary new house. We've had construction work to deal with for what seems like forever, but what the locals are really upset about is the loss of a beautiful vineyard."
In addition to the primary residence, purchased for £3.6 million in 2019 and totally revamped, Harris is also said to own a six-bedroom estate with a 1.2-hectare vineyard, priced at £3.6 million. The producer is also the proud owner of a £12 million villa in L.A, a £7.5 million townhouse in London, and a 138-hectare farm on Ibiza, with the Cotswolds seemingly becoming his British base of operations.

Calvin Harris exchanged vows with radio and TV presenter Vick Hope in September 2023. In May 2025, it was announced that the couple is expecting their first child, with Hope already on maternity leave. Previously, the Brit made headlines with high-profile relationships like Rita Ora (2013-2014) and Taylor Swift (2015-2016).
