Trending Brands Heading to Argentina:
From high-end fashion to sporty gear, delectable eats, and beauty essentials, numerous international brands are making their way to Argentina over the next few years. This surge is largely attributed to a more favorable economic climate that boasts increased commercial openness, loosened exchange rate restrictions, and macroeconomic stability.
Here's a rundown of the brands you should keep an eye on:
Dr. Martens already announced it's touching down in Palermo in July, with ambitious plans to expand next year. After leaving Argentina in 2022 due to their exit from Latin America and import restrictions, they're back and ready to rock your closets again.
On is another exciting addition to the running shoe scene – the Swiss brand will open two stores in 2026, one on a popular street and another in a shopping mall. Founded in Zurich in 2010 by ex-athlete Olivier Bernhard alongside David Allemann and Caspar Coppetti, On has gained traction with the addition of Swiss tennis star Roger Federer as both an investor and collaborator for product development.
Decathlon, the French sports gear powerhouse, is plotting its return to Argentina after a brief hiatus in the early 2000s due to economic crises. First, they plan to open a local in Buenos Aires and then gradually expand to other regions.
Victoria's Secret, under the management of Grupo David, the licensor of the brand, is launching a local store in Unicenter and is eyeing expansions to Galerías Pacífico and Alto Palermo. Their arrival was previously announced in 2019 but was delayed due to the pandemic and unfavorable economic conditions. Now, Argentines can look forward to shopping their lingerie and beauty products more accessible than ever.
JBL is setting its sights on expanding its physical presence in Argentina with five new stores by 2025. They aim to strengthen their presence in the country and offer tailored experiences to local consumers.

This move signals the start of their commercial strategy, which may involve selling products and possibly opening a store in Buenos Aires.
Dolce & Gabbana is also eyeing spots on Avenida Alvear or the Patio Bullrich, prime locations for their debut in Argentina.
In the luxury sector, Liu Jo and Furla recently set up shop at Pacific Galleries. Meanwhile, éducation privée, a Beauty Group project, opened its doors on fashionable Avenida Alvear.
