Introducing Hotel Indigo Saigon The City's Ca-Moon Mooncake Collection

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for loved ones to come together, and this year, Hotel Indigo Saigon The City is bringing that sense of reunion to your table with their debut mooncake collection, Ca-Moon.

Named as a tribute to the sacred memories carried by the traditional Vietnamese stacked lunchbox, or 'ca-men', Ca-Moon is adorned in bold crimson and golden accents, radiating warmth and togetherness. The gold-plated metal handle adds sophistication while honoring the iconic lunchbox silhouette.

Each mooncake in Ca-Moon is a reflection of the spirit of reunion and the essence of Ho Chi Minh City, with traditional and contemporary elements blending harmoniously in every bite. The mooncakes are designed to represent the traditional Vietnamese stacked lunchbox, offering a culinary journey, with each handcrafted mooncake representing a tier of the lunchbox, capturing layers of emotion.

More than a mere food container, the ca-men carries memories and deep affection for many Vietnamese. Ca-Moon embodies this sentiment, as it is embossed with symbols of Ho Chi Minh City, including bicycles, motorbikes, Ben Thanh Market, Ba Son Bridge, and the Central Post Office.

The collection offers a variety of flavours, each unique and offering a different layer of emotion. Each box of Ca-Moon includes four mooncakes: Tom Yum Seafood Mixed Nuts, Braised Chicken with Black Pepper, Strawberry & Pink Guava, and Lotus Seed & Pandan. The weight of each mooncake is approximately 150g.

Priced at $55 for a box of 4 mooncakes, Ca-Moon is a luxurious mooncake experience that celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival, offering a taste of the essence of Ho Chi Minh City and the tradition of the ca-men.
