NUREMBERG - The 2021 ToyAward, a prestigious accolade in the toy industry, was presented on the second day of the Nuremberg Toy Fair. Six innovative toy products were recognized for their originality, fun factor, trade potential, and quality.

In the Baby & Infant category (0-3 years), Geomagworld's Geomag Magicube Blocks Stacking Safari claimed the top spot. Consisting of ten magnetic building blocks with animal motifs, the set is designed to captivate even the tiniest constructors and improve their fine motor skills.

The Preschool category (3-6 years) was won by Buitenspeel/BS Toys' 3 Shape Memo. This innovative game employs grippy cards in different shapes and colors, encouraging eye-hand coordination, strategic thinking, and memory skills in children.

Carrera Toys' RC Football Set - Bundesliga took the SchoolKids segment (6-10 years), bringing soccer excitement into homes. The set allows two players to compete by remotely controlling miniature cars and pushing a ball towards the opponent's goal within a built-up field.

Abfun secured the Teenager & Adults category (10 years and above) with the Moon Acrylic Jigsaw Puzzle. With 50 subtle acrylic pieces, this challenging puzzle offers a breathtaking representation of the moon and serves as intriguing decoration once completed.

For startups, Qubitunes took the top spot. Qubs' interactive sound box enables children to create an audio adventure with matching figures, fostering listening and creativity while catering to both motor and auditory learning types.

Plan Creations/PlanToys was awarded the Sustainability category with the Wave Stacker. Made from a special wood mixture, the colorful and unique wave-shaped blocks offer good grip and are designed for toddlers' hands, making them environmentally friendly and durable.
