Food Celebration Debuts in Hamburg: Introducing Open Mouth Festival

The Agency for Environment, Climate, Energy, and Agriculture, the Agency for Economy and Innovation, Biostadt Hamburg, Greenevents Hamburg, Greentable, and Slow Food Hamburg are among the festival's supporters. The Hanseatic city of Hamburg is already a notable destination for international food lovers, and this festival aims to further cement its reputation.
The festival also serves as a platform to discuss trends for the hospitality industry of tomorrow, as presented at Internorga. The Future Food Campus Hamburg, a platform that provides insights into the future of food production and consumption, will also be a key part of the event.
One of the exciting startups to look out for at the festival is Bluu Seafood, a Hamburg-based company focusing on cell-based fish production. The Foodlab-Accelerator, which supports new business models in the food industry, will also be showcasing its projects during the festival.
