Episode 4: "Rise, Resist, and Reclaim: Activism in Timor-Leste"
Calling all rebels and freedom fighters – get ready to be inspired! In this episode, Aoife Carli-Hannan talks with two activists from Timor-Leste (East Timor). Upe, a human rights activist and LGBTIQA+ community member, shares his experiences in movement-building, while Bella Galhos, a presidential advisor and freedom fighter, talks about her role in the nation's liberation struggle, women's rights, and the ongoing challenges facing Timor-Leste.
Episode 5: "Power in Unity: Organizing and Campaigning for Change"
Dan Sherrell and Desiree Cai share their experiences from the frontlines of various movements, discussing the lessons learned from campaigning for policy and legislative changes, particularly the creation of the Net Zero Authority.
Episode 6: "Breaking Chains: The Fight Against Genocide and Settler-Colonialism"
