Two Epic Days at Trans'days 2025: Valence's Integration Program for Managers! 🤩

Celebration of the 19th Transdays in Valencia: Sunshine, Innovative Ideas, and Collective Vibrancy!

Let's dive right into the juicy details of Trans'days 2025, an integration extravaganza for new and promoted managers within Transdev France!

Over 65 employees from various regions swarmed to Valence for this momentous 19th edition, themed around discovery, strategy, and cooperation. This wasn't just your average office get-together - it was a poignant deep dive into the heart and soul of Transdev France!

The event opened with Jean-Louis LeHuger, the big kahuna of AURA BFC and Transdev Valence Romans/Territory Drôme-Ardèche, who spilled the beans on regional challenges and key local projects, focusing heavily on sustainable mobility, a hot topic these days.

Fast forward! Alice Lefort, the Strategic Guru of Strategy, Marketing, and CSR France, deep-dived into the Ambition France 2025 roadmap, laying down the vision, priorities, and action levers for success. Picture us sailing towards the 2025 horizon with France as our beacon!

Then, our gang split into three thematic groups and got down to brass tacks:

  • Active Mobilities: Nicolas Morel and Cécile Leroy showed us the ropes of the Libelo Citéa bike network. What's a sustainable future without wheels? 🤷‍♂️
  • Electric BHNS: Manoela Ferreira de Araujo and Jean-Louis LeHuger geared us up for the arrival of 14 high-service electric buses. Sparking up that environmental consciousness! 💚
  • HR challenges in Drôme-Ardèche: Deep discussions on attractiveness, loyalty, and inclusion with Gilles Argaud, Géraldine Favre, Mélanie Marion, and David Mannequin. Time to get people on board! 💪

Some pivotal moments graced these days too, such as engaging with members of the CODIR France. Loïc Huet, Alexandre Mora, and Sylvain Picard held forth on teamwork, transformation, and the performance levers that drive success.

In the blink of an eye, we waltzed into the principles of the we@our website model, reflected on leadership styles, and partied hard at the now-legendary Trans'Games, balancing brains with fun!

Towards the end, we stepped into the Valence Romans Mobilités depot - a shining symbol of Transdev's commitment to innovation and energy transition.

Fast forward to November 2025 for the 20th edition of Trans'days! If the 19th edition was any indication, it's going to be a wild ride 🤪!

So, whatcha know about the Ambition France 2025 roadmap? Well, it's a secret sauce, darling! But, based on previous years and French commitments, it's a cocktail of economic, technological, and environmental priorities meant to propel France to the top by 2025. As for the specifics, you'll have to get those from the horse's mouth, my friend! 😉
