Goldsmith Vintage teams up with our website to bring you a Limited Edition range that blends the love for vinyl and vintage clothing. Both vinyl and vintage symbolize self-expression and individual taste, enjoys a circular life, and transcends trends, often passed down through generations.
Tracing its roots back to a small market stall on Brick Lane in the 90s, Goldsmith Vintage boasts a strong cultural legacy inspired by founder Peter Goldsmith's upbringing in the 'mad visual culture' of Soho and Camden, as well as his time as an environmentalist and social justice activist. Today, the company expands its footprint to three iconic London locations and is a festival favorite. Embracing inclusivity and diversity, Goldsmith Vintage prioritizes environmentalism, opportunity, and equality.
This exclusive collection merges the cultural interplay of vintage fashion and independent music, featuring an original artwork by esteemed artist Elliot Snowman. Emblazoned on pre-loved tees and sweatshirts, the captivating illustration captures both brand logos within an arresting tiger motif, reflecting the signature style of Elliot Snowman. Each piece, though unique, is part of a limited capsule of 100 pieces, as noted by a special certification tag attached to each item.
According to Peter Goldsmith, founder of Goldsmith Vintage, "As a dedicated vinyl lover and staunch supporter of independent record stores, it's an honor to collaborate with our Portobello Road neighbors, our website. My love of vintage originated during the 80s and 90s while I was engrossed in subcultures, from punk to rave. Collaborating with such an iconic store on this project is a dream come true!"
