Detmold Outdoor Baths Opening for the Season
The city of Detmold is excited to announce that its outdoor baths will be opening for the season on May 10. The baths, which include Berlebeck/Heiligenkirchen, Hiddesen, "Schwarzenbrink" in Heidenoldendorf, and "Fischerteich" in Pivitsheide V.L., will offer a refreshing escape for locals and visitors alike.
The outdoor bath "Fischerteich" in Pivitsheich V.L. will have altered opening hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. On Tuesdays, the bath will be open from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Cleaning day). On all other days of the week, the bath will be open from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Tuesdays to Fridays, and from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The outdoor bath Hiddesen will have the following opening hours: Monday - Thursday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Friday (Cleaning day): 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM. The outdoor bath Berlebeck/Heiligenkirchen will have the following opening hours: Monday - Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Thursday (Cleaning day): 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 12:00 PM - 6:30 PM. The outdoor bath "Schwarzenbrink" in Heidenoldendorf will be open on Monday (Cleaning day): 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays: 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
Please note that the outdoor baths will be closed on Mondays for cleaning, except for Hiddesen which is closed on Fridays for cleaning. In case of adverse weather conditions, opening hours for "Fischerteich" may change at short notice. Bathing ends 15 minutes before the closing time in all Detmold outdoor baths, including "Fischerteich".
