A public exhibition showcasing the works of Erio Tripodi launches in Vallecrosia.
National Choral Festival Erio Tripodi and Bordighera Outdoor Experience Kick Off
Starting today and running until Monday, the 7th edition of the National Choral Festival Erio Tripodi takes place in Vallecrosia. The celebration of vocal music involves children's choirs, youth choirs, and school choirs. Organized by the Erio Tripodi Foundation, the festival offers daily concerts, workshops, and musical labs in the historic center and at the Sant'Anna Institute.
Today's events include the registration of participating choirs at 2:30 PM, followed by workshops from 3 PM to 6 PM. At 6:30 PM, the "Open Singing" show, open to the public and led by Fabio De Angelis, takes place in Piazza Erio Tripodi.
Simultaneously, the Bordighera Outdoor Experience is ongoing until Monday. This event offers three days of outdoor activities, movement, and exploration of the territory. It includes free guided tours (trekking, mountain biking, and e-biking), the "Beodo Trail" race on Monday, water activities (canoeing, canyoning, snorkeling), cultural visits, bike jumping area, animation, music, and more.
The base for Bordighera Outdoor Experience is at the Sant'Ampelio roundabout, where the inauguration of the Sant'Ampelio Outdoor Village is scheduled for 11:30 AM. History enthusiasts can attend a conference on the "June 2nd, 1946 Referendum" by Lorenzo Vizzini at the Ucd/Anpi headquarters in via al Mercato 8 at 5 PM.
Another highlight includes a walk retracing Claude Monet's presence in Bordighera, scheduled for 10:30 AM, with a fee of €7. As part of the "May of Books," at 4 PM at the Bicknell Museum, there's a presentation of "The Magic Nectar - A Fairy Tale" by George MacDonald, curated by Gianmarco Parodi, with Fabio Barricalla dialoguing with the curator.
